Cancellation Policy

Cancellation / Reschedule Policy:

  • To respect your and my time, as well as those that are waiting to get in, HairCanvas is requiring a 72-hour notice to cancel and or reschedule your existing appointment.
  • There will be a charge of 50% of the total service/s cancelled or rescheduled charged to the card on file if made less than 72 hours prior to your appointment and 100% if cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your existing appointment.

Redo Policy

  • An in depth consultation is documented and is required before proceeding with your service(s). In the event you feel I got something wrong with what we agreed upon, please let me know before you leave your appointment. Should you see something after you leave, please contact me within 72 hours of your appointment so that I can get you back in as soon as possible and correct the challenge.
  • No refunds are permitted or will be made under any circumstance.
